"Erik Lenderman has taken difficult complex subjects and distilled the essence of each topic to a succinct, readable book that offers the reader a quick refresher or go-to source for clarification and understandably usable data!

Highly recommend this for anyone's bookshelf or iPad."

"As the founder of a nationally adopted product in Whole Foods with 7-figure sales, and one of the top US leaders for a billion dollar international supplement company, I suggest reading everything that Erik writes.  I have never known anyone who has a clearer eye and mind than Erik. I do often have to read his paragraphs twice and even three times, not because they are vague, but because he writes with crystal clear intent, precision and sequential accuracy. And it is that precision that makes it easy to gloss over a sentence or three without grasping its importance. Get the book, slow down, and take notes."

"Erik Lenderman has pulled together a comprehensive reference on HR issues for any senior manager's use. I've hired and/or placed over 200 highly educated/trained individuals, managed them at a major NASA research laboratory, Verizon customer support, the health insurance industry, and as an information technology staffing professional. Lenderman has captured important content on every major issue I ever faced in the past, and it appears that he has anticipated issues that I am likely to face in the future."

"I really love the concise summary of both psychology & philosophy! It helps me specifically when I am in the middle of reading an article and they quote a European philosopher, e.g. Rene Descartes or David Hume, to go look up the short summary. It helps me understand subjects faster & better."

"Concise easily acceptable synopsis of the Integral Philosophy emerging consciousness . . . Best thing can say about Erik Lenderman is that he has made available interviews and dialogues for free with some very significant sages in this troubled age. Thank you Erik for that."

"Erik Lenderman’s `Principles of Practical Psychology: Brief Review of Phil/Psych/Neuro’ is indeed a very quick and easy accessible guideline which provides a summary of the historical past, a synopsis of the contemporary present and provides implications for the future of transpersonal research and experiential phenomenology. The chaptered style of the book allows the reader to move freely between topics of interest or thematic content.

Personally, I appreciated the inclusion of the information/research pertaining to the poly-vagal theory as well as the Heart Math Institute research/data pertaining to heart rate variability/coherence. Likewise, this information integrates very well with the background of current data pertaining to brain wave activations . . .

Erik book contributes very nicely to those seekers who view this next century of psychology as a fertile field of psychospiritual growth and not merely a dissected arrangement of categorical pathologies."
