  • PayRoll:  Structure your PayRoll system such that "Employees" are tracked as such, "Contractors" are compensated accordingly, and Taxes are withheld, Benefits assigned, and and Insurance coverage provided in accord with the Fair Labor Standards Act.
 
  • Team-Building:  Build your team and ensure that daily work-flows are properly designed, implemented, and monitored in accord with standard Project Management practices.

  • Worker's Compensation Compliance:  Worker's Compensation Insurance may be required for your company in order to provide employees with protection in the event of an injury at a work-site.

  • EEOC Compliance:  Equal Opportunity Employment is Federal Law, and company hiring practices, work-place conditions, and termination processes must comply with several mandates.
